The project entailed a 2,000 s.f. addition and cosmetic renovation to a late-1980's builder's house. The clients, a young Manhattan family, requested a large sunroom, media room, guest suite and maid's quarters. The design creates a new updated image for the home and re-orients the main rooms towards the farm views.
