After living in a Charles Rich house for 10 years, the client retained the firm to design his "trade up" home. The new house has 5,000 s.f. with 5 bedrooms and 6 baths. A classic Shingle style design incorporates gables, long roof pitches and covered porches. Oversize windows are used throughout to flood all the rooms with light and frame the farm views.
