RoseMore, Southampton, NY

The clients purchased a house that was originally built at the turn of the 19th century by their great-grandparents Rose and Morgan (hence, the name RoseMore). This project is a true restoration of a great work of architecture, with most of the rooms and details remaining intact. The renovated home is now state-of-the-art, with a high-speed local-area network, six air-conditioning zones, and historic reproduction windows with thermalpane glass for efficiency.
